Thai Peanut Humus
We found this great recipe over at Mantry a get site for recipes and more… Whip up this peanut butter hummus in less than five minutes The results are amazingly delicious.
Thai Peanut Humus Ingredients
- 1 can (1 1/2 cups chickpeas), drained
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 roasted garlic cloves (or 1 small clove fresh garlic)
- 1/4 cup Catt’s Kitchen Spicy Thai Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Shawarma Spice
- Grilled pita for dipping (brush with olive oil and grill/bake until crisp)
How to Make
In a food blender, combine the garlic with the chickpeas, peanut butter, lemon juice, 1/2 the olive oil and shawarma spice. Start blending and drizzle in the remaining extra-virgin olive oil in a slow, steady stream and puree until very smooth.
Season the dip with salt, place in a bowl. Sprinkle over some shawarma spice and drizzle with more olive oil, serve with warm pita.

Spicy Thai Peanut Butter Noodles Ingredients
Ingredients
8 oz Spaghetti or Rice Noodles
½ cup Catt’s Kitchen Spicy Thai Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Brown Sugar
5-6 Tbsp Warm Water(As thin or thick as you like)
Optional: Vegetables(Sliced bell pepper, carrots, or scallions). Protein(shredded chicken, thinly sliced beef, or baked tofu).
How to Make
Whisk ingredients in bowl until combined. Pour sauce onto cold or warm noodles and any extra vegetable or proteins you want to add. Toss together until evenly coated. Dig in and enjoy!
